offers arange benefits including: A clean and healthy, climate controlled environment, profit sharing bonuses, career growth & training, employee-focused culture, insurance (medical, dental, life, and more), wellness programs that reduce insurance costs, up to 3 weeks off (prorated)in first year of employment, safe harbor 401k, and more!Machine Operator – Summary: Produce parts to the specification and rates set by the Engineering Department, and ensure all parts meet quality standards set by the Customer, Quality and Engineering Departments.Responsibilities:Set up work station with necessary paperwork and labels for production and return materials to the appropriate place at end of run.Make production rate when running manual machines.Accurately report production and enter good and bad product into computerized system.Properly label containers.Set up scales, empty grinders, maintain housekeeping standards.Correctly pack and label all product, including weighing and transferring to warehouse for shipment.Correctly read, review, and fill out appropriate documentation for quality checks required by instruction sheets.Able to work as a team member, assist co-workers and be available to work any shift.
