Hydraulic Assembler

Now hiring for an experienced Hydraulic Assembler for a client in Maple Grove. As a Hydraulic Assembler, you would be responsible for the assembly of products such as hydraulic valves/manifolds and sub-assemblies per specifications utilizing production orders, schematics and assembly drawings. Our client prides themselves on being a specialized company within the areas of hydraulic and pneumatic components, manifolds, precision components, custom-made power units and system solutions.

Hours: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $20-25hr. DOE

Duties:

• Proficient at blue print and circuit reading, able to explain to others.
• Sets up and performs test without supervision.
• Follow Quality Plan and Prototype Procedures, able to explain to others.
• Trouble shoots and reworks assemblies.
• Recognize opportunities and provide input for process improvement.
• Comply with Company Policies and Procedures; observe Safety Rules and Regulations, reporting hazardous conditions and unsafe practices to Supervisor.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Basic working knowledge of hydraulics
• A good mechanical aptitude
• The ability to test product and interpret assembly drawings and hydraulic schematics
• Proficient in setup and product testing operating a hydraulic test bench
• Analysis and troubleshooting of product failure
