To effectively manage all paperwork for shipping and receiving functions to maintain inventory control.*_For more details feel free to call or text Carla at 562-402-3432_**1st Shift: *Monday & Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm* Manages all paperwork for shipping and receiving functions which includes: receiving through INFOR, transfers, adjustments, shipping UPS/FedEx and packing slips (excel)* Maintains inventory control and related functions through: cycle counts, investigation of warehouse discrepancies, helps determine root cause of discrepancies and provides suggestions for preventing similar discrepancies in the future, and cooler maintenance and oversight* Communicates with other departments on inventory related questions* Operates fork truck equipment (sit down, stand up reach)* Knowledge of production folders to assist with cycle count variance investigations* Assists with old age and inventory disposals in compliance with cGMP and Waste Management guidelines* Good general knowledge of product and information flows as product moves between departments and buildings* Works with personnel from other departments as necessary to ensure safety and quality in production* Follows established department SOPs, Company cGMPs, and all instructions, whether verbal or written* Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations* Maintains a safe work environment and functions in a safe manner* Helps with Cycle Count and Physical Inventory process and assists with record-keeping* Helps drive Inventory Accuracy and assists with posting cycle count performances metrics* Assists with daily invoicing and billing* Performs other duties, job related or otherwise, as assigned*Testimonials that reflect the Helpmates Difference: *“The service we are provided by Helpmates stands out above the rest.
