Machine Operator Position Overview:As a Machine Operator, you will operate a machine that fabricates copper or aluminum tubing while demonstrating a high regard for safety at all times.

Uses all safety equipment on machinery as well as personal protective equipment properly.Uses appropriate measurement equipment to confirm product characteristics.Versatility to move between multiple operations.Ability to communicate effectively with lead supervisor and team.

Leak Tester Position Overview:As a Leak Tester, you will test the brazed joint utilizing a helium connector to ensure a quality braze while demonstrating a high regard for safety at all times.

Uses all safety equipment on machinery well as personal protective equipment properly.Operates material handling and label making equipment.Uses appropriate measurement equipment to confirm product characteristics.Versatility to move between multiple operations.Ability to troubleshoot and correct process problems.Ability to communicate effectively with lead supervisor and team.

Brazer Position Overview:As a Brazer, you will beresponsible for the preparation and brazing of fabricated tube assemblies, including complex braze process as described below.

Set-up and assembly of parts for brazing operationMust maintain low internal and external reject rateBrazing tubes to customer specification using a brazing torch and applicable alloys and flux productsInspect work by ensuring product is brazed to quality standards and free of leaks and other abnormalitiesMaintain a safe work area by working safely, following safety guidelines, and wearing required personal protective equipmentPerform any other job responsibilities directed by management as business dictates.

Candidates should have an exemplary work ethic and meet these minimum requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), preferred but not requiredMachine Operator or Warehouse experience is preferredAbility to lift 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds team lifting, raising or lowering an object from one level to another, including upward pullingReliable transportationStrong attendance recordAbility to pass background check, drug screen and physicalManufacturing experience is preferred Flexibility to work overtime if neededEligible to work in the U.S.Must be at least 18 years of age Why work at Fabricated Tube Products?
