General Machine Operator

This is a Full-time position in Hinsdale, NH posted December 2, 2021.

Adecco Staffing is hiring 2nd shift Machine Operators in Hinsdale, NH. No prior experience needed.
Job Details: To operate a variety of decoration, assembly, and/or molding machinery.
Essential Duties and responsibilities:

  • Load and operate fast paced machinery, following quality, productivity, and OSHA standards.
  • Visually inspect and package products for conformance to standards. Meet production/productivity goals.
  • Read job books and follow contents in order to achieve determined results.
  • Able to communicate with others and/or interact with others in a supportive, responsive, and respectful manner.
  • Works safely and maintain a safe and clean work area.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as delegated by group leader or supervisor/manager.

    • Qualifications:

  • Must be of 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to read, understand and follow instructions, company procedures and standards is required.
  • Ability to complete duties with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good manual dexterity is required.
  • Reliable and consistent attendance is required.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.

    • Hours: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 6pm-4:00am
    Pay: 2nd shift: $16.80 per hour
