Forklift Operator

 Pay rates starting at $12/hour. Additional $2.50/hour Attendance Bonus and Temp to Hire after 90 Days

2nd shift available

Earn time off – up to 10 days per year!

Job purpose summary:

• Persons in this position will assist with the production and assembly of products for one of Lincoln’s largest manufacturing companies, including using a forklift to deliver materials to the production lines

• Pay rate starting at $12.00/hour

 Duties and responsibilities:

• Understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.

• Ensure all procedures are done accurately and efficiently.

• Keep working area clean and free from debris for safety pre-cautions.

• Lifting, bending, and repetitive movements required.

• Ensure all equipment is kept clean and in working condition.

 Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation

• Regular attendance required

 Equipment Used:

• Various tools or machines as assigned

• Safety Glasses

• Steel toed boots or shoes

• Ear plugs in certain areas

 Working conditions:

• Work will be performed indoors in a manufacturing setting.

• Shifts are assigned and overtime may be required.

• The noise volume is loud and hearing protection is required in specific areas.

• Specific areas may be very warm.

 Physical requirements:

• This is a physically demanding position that will require the employee to stand for up to 8 hours with

• Lifting up to 35 pounds repetitively up to 12 hours

• Stooping, standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and crouching intermittently
