This is your opportunity to start your career with Design Group Americas.SHIFT HOURS: 7:00AM – 7:00PM | ROTATING SCHEDULEDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver raw material to the appropriate print press per work order and hand-held device or as directed by supervisors and lead personnelPhysical movement of inventoried materials will be accompanied with appropriate Syspro transactions using hand-held scanning equipmentAssist with cleaning and storing ITR sleeves as requiredAssist with cleaning press components to include ink drip pans, Dr. blade chambers, ink pots etc.Assist with cleanup of press when not in operationRemove trash from print department as neededFollow guidance provided by warehouse supervision relating to raw material issues and printed paper put awayMaintain a clean and safe work areaCommunicate with print department associates to ensure adequate raw material is available to support production requirementsComplete vehicle inspections dailyWork overtime as required to meet customer expectationsOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or G.E.D. requiredMust be licensed to operate a roll clamp forklift and sit down forklift with demonstrated proficiencyProficient with utilizing Syspro systems, both hand-held and PC configuredMust have basic math skillsMust be able to distinguish colors and patternsMust be able to frequently lift to 50lbsMust be able to grasp, push and pullMust be able to stand, bend, squat, climb and reach above shoulder level for long periods of timeAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionMust abide by all company policies and proceduresATTENDANCE: Regular attendance is an expectation of performance to ensure adequate staffing and meet expected productivity throughout the organization; employees will be held accountable for adhering to their workplace scheduleWill be required to work overtime as neededAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
