Experienced Landscape Construction Foreman

We are actively recruiting for an experienced, hard-working, and dedicated Landscape Construction Site Manager to join our incredible team.

We create stunning backyard resorts throughout the Pacific Northwest, and we pride ourselves in the beautiful designs that our site managers bring to life.Qualifications and SkillsWe are looking for superstar candidates who already have experience as a site manager in a landscape construction company for 3-5 years, and that demonstrates reliability, integrity, and commitment This position starts at $80k per year, but with incentives has the ability to make $120k.

Training: There is an 8 to 10-week training period with another site manager at an assessed pay rate.

It is non-negotiable to go through this process to learn our techniques and standards.Qualified candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience as a landscape construction site manager, and be honest, hardworking, detail-oriented, and ethical.

They must also have:Ability to work with Project Manager to stay on schedule and within budgetAbility to read blueprintsClean driving recordCrew scheduling and supervision experienceOrganization of job tasks and materialsIrrigation system knowledgePlant knowledge and identificationDrainage systems knowledgeRock placement / Boulder wall installation experiencePaver, wall, and other hardscape knowledgeSkid steer and Mini excavator knowledge and ExperienceAbility to perform a physically demanding jobGreat Customer relations/communicationsBenefitsSalary: $80,000.00 /year Incentives.
