Entry Level Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator you will be a part of an integral team and the goal is to ensure effective production while remaining focused on quality.

You will ensure products meet precise specifications needed by further manufacturing processing or for final use.

Overview of the Machine Operator role * Set up the tool holder and measure equipment correctly for each batch* Use a variety of hammers, strategically strike metal rods to bring within a predetermined tolerance range* Determine where in the production process the parts are prior to check/straighten location* Transport all straightened parts to their next location* Handle all parts gently in order to minimize the risk of damaging finished areas* Manually re-surface hammers as needed* Routine housekeeping of work area* Other duties as assigned Who makes a good Machine Operator * Ability to communicate clearly* Lift up to 50 pounds* Sit for 8 hours per shift* Use of primary arm to swing hammers* Bend, lift, and stand for extended periods* Display good judgment* Be attentive to detail* Able to do routine math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)* Able to read What to know about this Machine Operator role * Weekly Pay* $200 referral bonus per person you refer to Cor-tech* Day Shift Hours: 7AM – 3:30 PM* Hourly Pay Rate: $15.00Apply today for the Machine Operator Role or for Immediate consideration callDebbie at 802-309-9425for interview.
