Eaton is seeking FULL TIME Entry Level Assemblers for Production / Factory workers to join our team. This position is based at our Lincoln, IL location. We are hiring for 2nd and 3rd Shifts. Position Overview:You will work together with several employees as a group to produce load center devices, metering devices or ACD devices. It’s where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potential-and where you can help us reach ours.In this function you will:* Set up, assembly, and repairing when necessary* Perform quality and SPC checks where necessary to produce good quality devices* Share in handling all materials used in the cell and the movement of finished devices to designated areas* Count parts on a periodic basis and order parts as needed* Adhere to all facility safety guidelines and encourage communication and participation of personnel to further identify and reduce/ eliminate potential hazards* Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption* Be responsible for organization and cleanliness of the work area, and will support and abide by all procedures set forth to assure product and process quality and support plant manufacturing principlesWhen we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we – as individuals and as a company – are stronger.QualificationsBasic (Required) Qualifications:* Must be legally authorized to work in United States without sponsorship* No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
