Embroidery Machine Operator

is looking to hire a full time, Embroidery Machine Operator as soon as possible.

We are seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator who is able to work independently with little to no supervision.

Duties include operating a multi-head industrial size embroidery machine, running orders, and meeting daily deadlines while maintaining overall quality of work.

Experience is required.

Responsibilities of Embroidery Machine Operator: Efficient and safe operation of multi-head embroidery machinery; consistently meets goals Maintains understanding of the operating procedure in the department Performs quality production at reasonable speeds, taking full advantage of the equipment available Ensures that targets are met for quality, productivity, and lead time with minimal misprints Make necessary machine adjustments with minor downtime Operates, maintains, and performs routine service on any equipment used in the completion of these tasks Maintains a clean, well-organized work area, and adheres to safe work practice Ability to learn and utilize embroidery and production software Other duties as assigned by Supervisor Requirements of Embroidery Machine Operator: Ability to stand for an extended period time while using hands and arms Ability to work safely with moving machinery Good vision with the ability to discern color Solid verbal and written skills with the capacity to communicate clearly Basic math skills Must be punctual and reliable Ability to work overtime as needed Available to work late nights and/or weekends when required Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00
