The Electrical Assembler will contribute to the success of the company by electrically wiring control panels and then interconnecting the control panels to the respective devices on the machine.

Device operation and testing is required to ensure correct machine operation.

This position is based at our Oakland, New Jersey machinery plant.

This facility designs and produces custom labeling and serialization equipment primarily for Pharmaceutical, Beverage and Food manufacturing companies.

This is a day shift opening.

In this role you will Design, assemble, test, and trouble shoot machine operations: Interconnect control devices on electrical control sub panels.

Interconnect electrical control panels with machine mounted electrical Control devices (i.e.

Valves, Motors, Sensors, etc.) Make subassemblies out of electrical components
– wire, solenoid valves, diodes, sensors.

Make wiring harnesses to facilitate labeling head assembly easier.

Who we’re looking for?

High school diploma, Technical degree or training preferred 3 or more years’ experience in the assembly, repair & troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment Ability to read Electrical schematics to wire machine controls Ability to use basic hand tools Ability to work independently Adherence to all safety guidelines as outlined in the safety Excellent interpersonal skills Auto-Cad experience Ability to lift min of 25 Pounds – Electrical panels/ enclosures Capable of prolonged standing Capable of kneeling/ bending on a regular basis What’s in it for you?
