Construction Supervisor

Full Job Description:

The Marion Group seeks an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the construction of exciting new projects in the south shore area. Scheduling and time management skills are must for this position. We are looking for a loyal and dedicated construction supervisor who can translate his or her expertise and skills to our company’s high standards. Experience with both new construction and construction management is preferred but not required. You will be responsible for overseeing all activity within the job site, completing quality inspections, and supervising sub-contractors and staff. Applicants will be in a position in which they to need to communicate directly with our senior management team on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified candidate must have a minimum of three years supervision experience in a construction setting. This experience includes skills such as: the ability to read plans, understanding of building code requirements, managing subcontractors and deliveries on site. Applicants should be well organized, as there are multiple projects south of Boston going on at the same time.

*Must be self-motivated and willing to follow a successful system

*Professional attitude with a desire to deliver a high-quality end product

*Ability to navigate construction software. Familiarity with Procore construction software is preferred but not required.

*Ability to follow and enforce OSHA health and safety guidelines

*Problem Solving

*Valid driver’s license

*Excellent pay and benefit package (Pay varies based on experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
