Construction Superintendent – Multifamily

Multifamily Superintendent Needed!
An award winning Phoenix General Contractor is looking for a Superintendent who can run large-scale commercial construction projects. Applicable project experience for this Superintendent would ideally be heavy in multifamily work but could also include a work history in hotels, student housing and or senior/assisted living. This is a great opportunity for a Superintendent to develop into their own role and reach the career goals they’ve always had. Come get big company resources with a small company feel!
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience preferred
- Projects of $10MM or more desirable
- Stable work history
- Strong ground-up commercial construction experience (renovation work will also highly considered)
- Self-performing experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Managing subcontractors
- Assuring project completion is on time and budget
- Scheduling field work and duties
- Liaison between contractor and all on site parties
- Coordinating with appropriate team members
