Currently at a total of 20 employees in Wisconsin, looking to grow to to 25 by the end of 2021.
They are a Construction Management firm that offers Design/Build GC services.
Our client’s work is 93% negotiated and 7% hard bid
– with no self-perform.

Description Plan/schedule construction project activities to meet deadlines.
Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports and cost tracking reports.
Interpret plans and contract terms to all parties.
Direct/supervise all construction and workers/ Apply for and obtain all necessary permits or licenses.
Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans.
Develop/implement environmental protection programs.
Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions.
Plan, organize and direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities and systems.
Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.
Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems.
Develop/implement quality control programs.
Implement new/modified plans in response to delays, bad weather and construction site emergencies.
Contract or oversee craft work.
Profile Bachelor’s degree preferred (in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture).
5 years of Construction Superintendent experience.
Working knowledge of construction technology and details.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience with multiple types of projects as well as sizes.
Someone who can take initiative
– our client does not like to micromanage.
Familiarity with estimates.
Job Offer Base salary up to $120K based upon experience.
Both personal and company bonus potential.
