Position: Project Manager / Fulfillment Manager, Residential Construction

Location: Remote but will be covering King County

Salary: $120,000 base + full benefits (we cover 90%) + mileage + 401K

Our client is looking for a motivated Fulfillment Manager / Project Manager to join our growing Project Management team.

We have experienced triple digit year over year growth and are not slowing down.

You will be entirely focused on putting housing units in the ground and will work directly with our General Manager, with the objective of project managing multiple prefabricated projects at once. 

What you will be doling:
You will be working on customer projects and managing subcontractors.

We have a serious commitment to maintain a high level of engagement and deliver an excellent customer experience Lead all on-site installation within your territory, including: Liaise with the broader general contracting organization to take over subcontractor relationships Manage all subcontractor relationships (contract, proposal, budget, scheduling, on-site management) Serve as a customer-facing liaison for existing customers Identify and represent us at industry events, including trade fairs, homeowner workshops, etc.

What you need to be successful in this role:
3+ years’ experience in construction management, particularly the following: Single-family, residential construction (ADU exposure preferred, but not required) Managing contracts with subcontractors On-site project management and scheduling Self-starter who takes initiative and responsibility for their work and actions of their team Comfort working in the uncertainty of a new company, with a consistently evolving agenda Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with workforce productivity tools is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional schedules An eye for quality, detail, and a desire to perform at a high level The ability to travel via car or plane to client meetings and project sites
