Job DescriptionExperienced General Contracting Company seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementationAllocate resources for assigned projectsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsNegotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsQualifications:Previous experience in construction management or other related fieldsFamiliarity with construction management softwareStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedCandidates MUST have past experience in the Construction Project Management Field, exhibit the ability to understand and perform the following tasks: submittal process of a project, closeout process of a project, understand and read construction drawings, understand autocad, be a quick learner and adapt to the structure the company already has in place.  Candidate should have quality computer knowledge, background in general construction and be willing to work the number of hours necessary to achieve clearly stated goals.  Our construction process is very collaborative and the Project Managers are expected to work directly with owners, CFO, clerical staff, project engineers, field personnel and estimators. Candidate must have prior construction background as a Project Manager and excel in working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, architects, local building authorities and other professionals.   The candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft, AutoCad, Primavera, Suretrak and scheduling capabilities. Must have a Valid Driver’s License and submit background checks.The candidate will be required to work a minimum of 5 days a week, must be responsible, punctual and trust worthy.
