Construction Project Manager

ITAC Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a great company in the Tuscaloosa area.  This person will be a strong problem-solver and an excellent multi-tasker.  

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring accurate documentation throughout the projects
• Provide timely and effective communication with executives and the design team
• Work with superintendent to develop and manage project schedules
• Develop logistic and phasing plans
• Ensure projects are meeting time deadlines and budget
• Manage pre-construction preparation
• Obtain permits and licenses and order and materials
• Supervise sites and inspections
• Lead monthly meets with team members
• Responsible for additional duties as assigned

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Bachelors Degree in a related field
• 5+ years of construction experience
• Knowledge of construction scheduling software
• Experience in project planning and management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
