is looking for results-driven retail Project Management candidates.

Projects will be managed from our main office in Williamsburg VA.

Responsibilities to include: Manage all aspects of retail construction projects from pre-construction to project close-out Build and maintain client relationships Assist in estimates, buyout of subcontractors, etc.

Manage project teams including Project Manager Assistants, Site Superintendents and Subcontractors Manage utilization of labor, material and other resources across the project Maximize team effectiveness to ensure schedule and budget are met Oversee and manage expediting schedules, quality control and value engineering Set and maintain high standards of ethics, integrity and company values Ability to recognize and solve problems by taking immediate action David A.
