Small construction company seeking earthwork/excavation construction project coordinator/estimator.
Knowledge of or interest in residential construction is a plus.
General Job Requirements/Responsibilities: Estimate and prepare bids for earthwork excavation projects; ability to understand and read plans and specifications, coordinate projects including working with laborers and prime contractor staff, assist with project billings, build and maintain relationships with vendors and prime contractors.
2-5 years experience preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft products.
Projects mostly in DFW area but office is relocating to Waco in April.
