Construction Painter

Job Duties: Wear required safety gear at all times.

Handle and process glass in a safe and efficient manner.

Perform all equipment checks and PMs prior to shift start.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment through 5S.

Conduct yourself in a professional manner with co-workers.

Hold yourself accountable for your actions.

Ability to comprehend coater schedule.

Any reasonable duty as assigned Job Qualifications: Computer literate and good organizational skills.

Mechanically inclined.

Must be proactive and able to think quickly on his/her feet.

Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

Ability to operate motorized equipment.

Position requires regular, in-person attendance at the plant.

Ability to work with and as part of a team including but not limited to the Plant Manager, managers, employees throughout Cardinal, and vendor partnerships Ability to exercise good judgement in decision making, ideas, and all aspects relating to the PLANT team, Cardinal and other company relationships Maintain professional appearance and conduct, exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times Physical Requirements Job includes some overtime, evening, and weekend hours.

Ability to lift 15 lbs or more.
