Overview: Associate is responsible for assisting in the supervision, coordination and management of all assigned residential construction.
Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedulesInspects and enforces job safety requirementsAttend construction meetings and training classes as scheduledEnsure job site cleanliness and assists in completion of model/inventory maintenanceAssists in areas of service-related issuesMeet County inspectors for review of work completed in homesLearn SWPPP inspection process, enabling to conduct inspections.
Will need to obtain green card.Perform material take-off counts as requestedVerify material count is correctLearn BuildPro for schedule and confirmation and creating an EPOOther duties as assignedCB Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent requiredCollege degree or equivalent preferredMust be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented settingMust be able to demonstrate effective communication skillsComputer literacy and proficient in MS Office products (Word and Excel)Valid drivers license with good driving recordValid auto insurance coverage Type: Regular Full-Time
