Parsons is now hiring a Construction Manager to provide project management support to a clients project execution group to help ensure compliance with applicable client standards.

We need our Construction Managers to be versatile and have exceptional communication, analytical and management skills.
In this role you will be responsible for providing the client multidiscipline construction oversight assistance services during the construction process.
Responsibilities:
The Construction Manager will work on behalf of Parsons and the client with responsibilities including:
• Review design drawings and specifications, including Division 01 specifications prepared by the designer, for adherence to the Facilities Engineering Design Standards (FEDS).
• Review the Designers Project Manual and verify that it is complete per the submission requirements and all data is current and relevant to the project.
• Support the client Project Manager in identification and evaluation of project risks, and in review of the designers proposed risk management plan.
• Perform multidiscipline construction support services such as construction planning and scheduling, inspection and testing, reports and recordkeeping, document control and distribution, on-site communication procedures, project site meetings, field reporting, quality review, safety, construction phase reports, record drawings, final reviews and punch list work, and move-in/start-up activities.
• Review the Construction Contractors CPM (Critical Path Method) schedule and phasing plan for the project and propose recommendations to help the project optimize cost, quality, and schedule.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in a construction related field
• 5 years or more experience in Construction Management field (15 or more years of Construction Inspection experience required for consideration as a Senior Construction Manager
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certificate required at the Senior Construction Manager level
• TS/SCI w/polygraph required
