Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
– Leading a crew (of 2-4 people) responsible for maintaining and directing upkeep of commercial properties, helping with new developments.
– Preforming basic construction/upkeep tasks. Use of hand tools, power tools.
– Directing construction tasks based on Blueprints, and Design plans.
Requirements
– Ability to read/understand blueprints
– Great leadership qualities
– Ability to lift up to 50lbs
– Previous construction/maintenance experience
