Construction Laborer

*This is a year-round position***Job Details:**+ Starting Pay Range:$18 – $22/hr.+ Job Site Location:Spencer, IA+ Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:30am to 4:30pm.+ Work 4×10/hr. shifts, giving employees a long weekend to enjoy with family.+ NO LAYOFFS+ Occasional travel is required depending on job site location. Will be within Northwest Iowa**Perks**401K with 8% matchHealth InsuranceLife InsuranceVision & Dental (100% Employee, but is not Aflac)PTO – 2 weeks that accrues$500 Sign on Bonus after they go permanent.**Typical Day as a Construction Laborer:**+ Assist in building and positioning forms for pouring concrete and dismantles forms after use, using saws, hammers, nails, bolts or form hardware.+ Dig ditches and levels earth to grade specifications, using pick, shovels and rakes.+ Demo existing concrete+ Excavation of rubble or soils on new sites.+ Form concrete and place rebar+ Install anchor bolts and embedded items**_Preferred Qualifications:_**+ 1+ Years of Construction experience.+ Ability to lift and Carry at least 50-80 lbs.+ **_MUST have a valid Drivers License_****Skills:**Power Tools, Hand Tools, Cabinet Building, Drilling, Framing, Furniture Making, Insulation, Paneling, Sanding, Sawing, Trimming, Woodworking, blueprints, building codes, building plans, cutting, finishing, installation, construction, carpentry, concrete, demolition, building, restoration, remodel, roofing, journeyman, nail gun, chisel, sander**Experience Level:**Entry Level**About Aerotek:**We know that a company’s success starts with its employees.
