With this position you will work with our Small business Development Division, private construction sector, and public bidding divisions.

We are looking for professionals that are motivated, business oriented, team players ready to build on their future.DUTIESAbility to review submittalsMaintain and monitor project progressEstablish and monitor performance standardsAbility to manage multiple projects at onceAbility to read and understand blueprintsManage cost and delivery of materials and suppliesTrack inventory and minimize wasteSecure building permits and licensing required to complete the projectExpert knowledge of building products and practicesPlan and coordinate all aspects of the construction processManage subcontractor agreementsCreate and manage project schedules and look ahead schedules to effectively control timePrepare pre-construction cost proposals, estimates, and budgetsMaintain all agreements and contracts with suppliers and subcontractorsKnowledge and understanding of building codes and safety regulationsAttend scope and pre-bid meetingsAbility to conduct and manage the project close out process.Manage all financial aspects of the project to ensure completion at or under budgetDetailed understanding of AIA documents (G702, G703, lien waivers, etc.)Prepare internal and external reportsMaintain a safety program to analyze, manage, and mitigate riskSKILLS5-10 years of experience and/or education and training in commercial construction managementStrong attention to detailStrategic planning and organization skillsProficient estimating experienceEffective conflict resolution skillsAbility to understand and interpret contract termsLeadership abilityTime management skillsReliable transportationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with estimating software (i.E.
