– NEW CONSTRUCTION West Chicago Suburbs, IL $100k Full Benefits Come join a TOP growing Commercial Roofing company with opportunities to advance your career Awesome work Culture with ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES This position will be responsible for generating and maintaining strong estimating goals for our reputable and well-established Commercial Roofing Company in NEW CONSTRUCTION Summary of essential job functions: Quote prices, credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained related to NEW CONSTRUCTION Develop and maintain both individual and commercial relationships Measure and accurately estimate job cost for production Research, understand and implement new industry products/trends Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Required Skills / Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated Exceptional Estimating skills in the Commercial Roofing World, with projects up to and in excess of $1m.

3 years ESTIMATING service experience in Commercial Roofing
– specific to NEW CONSTRUCTION Ability to safely climb a ladder and walk a roof Outgoing and personable personality, able to build and maintain relationships Must be ambitious, have the drive to succeed and have strong customer service skills Self-motivated individual and be task orientated MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A STRINGENT BACKGROUND CHECK This position has a base salary plus commission and is year round.
