CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary/Company Information: 

• A top tier south side manufacturing company is looking to add CNC Machine Operators to their team!
• The company is known for their state of the art, clean and climate-controlled facility
• The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating a production CNC Lathe Machine, reading, and working from job instructions and specifications to make machine adjustments, as well as quality inspection of parts using measuring equipment
• The CNC Machine Operator may perform setups, changeovers, and offsets – previous experience is beneficial, but the company is open to training
• The Machine Operator will also be working with sanders, grinders, drills, and other shop equipment as they may help in other areas

Pay/Benefits:

• $15-25/hour based on experience

Schedule: 2^nd shift 2pm – 10:30pm

• Training will occur on 1s shift 7am – 3:30pm
• Overtime available before shift on voluntary basis

Requirements:

• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions/ drawings
• Ability to learn and be trained to perform setups and basic maintenance
• Overall willingness to learn and be trained
• Ability to utilize quality measuring equipment
