Cleaning and Restoration Technician

Together, we will be making Northwest Indiana a cleaner place to live and work!**Technician Training Available**Responsibilities Include: Lead a team to perform quality service day in and day outDeep cleaning oriental rugs and carpets with special tools to lift stains, odor and dirtInspect areas for mold and remediate the damageRestore homeowner’s belongings that were damaged by water, fire, mold or mildewClean and sanitize homes and businesses from top to bottom, in every nook and crannyRemove dust, dander and dirt from HVAC units, dryer vents and air ductsPerform maintenance on equipment at the end of each jobOrganization of truck contents and set up for next dayWorking conditions: Lifting equipment up to 60 lbs. on averageCleaning residential and commercial propertiesMust be able to get into crawl spaces and atticsMust be able to use basic mathematics and read a tape measureApplication requirements: High school diplomaValid driver’s LicenseLetter of RecommendationPrevious leadership experienceExperience related to customer serviceSalary/Wages: starting at $16.00 per hour depending on qualified experience24/7 “on-call” Bonus opportunitiesAbout Tudor ServicesJames Tudor is the owner of Tudor Cleaning and Restoration, a small business in Valparaiso, Indiana.
