Summary My client is seeking a Civil Project Manager to help grow an established team.
This person will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of Civil Construction experience and experience with concrete/roadwork/ or asphalt experience.

They have an established presence in a variety of markets including asphalt, concrete flatwork, roadwork, and site development.
They are seeking to add a Project Manager to continue to grow their team and maintain their reputation for excellence.
Description Manage all documentation to ensure project is compliant, remains on schedule and within budget Monitor all costs of projects, subcontractors, equipment See projects through from conception to completion Oversee all subcontractors Scheduling projects in logical steps and budgeting time required to meet deadlines.
Assist estimating in preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress reports and cost tracking reports.
Building and maintaining relationships critical to the success of the overall project and company.
Profile 3 years of industry experience Background in asphalt, concrete flatwork, roadwork preferred MDOT experience is a huge plus HCSS proficiency is heavily preferred Ability to see a project from cradle to grave Team player with ability to wear multiple hats Job Offer Base salary of $65-90k Health, Vision, Dental Company vehicle gas card Discretionary Bonus 401(k) with 4% match
