The Construction / Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all aspects of window, siding and door installations are carried out efficiently and effectively and in accordance with Champion’s organizational policies, procedures and goals.

We will rely on your expertise and proactive approach to oversee all aspects of our installation and service department.Responsibilities:Schedule and organize a high volume of new and existing projectsFile permits and local variancesSupervise, train and develop installation crewsVisit installation sites and oversee crew work to ensure that products are installed to company standards and in a timely mannerMaintain a safe and clean working environmentAssist in the collection of accounts receivableWork with the Area Manager to ensure goals are prioritized and metConduct follow-up with customers to ensure satisfactionQualifications:Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in construction/skilled labor involving window and siding installationAbility to supervise and train others and create and organize schedulesStrong mathematical skills and ability to accurately measure all productsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteValid DL and clean driving recordChampion’s dedication to customer satisfaction, product innovation and quality manufacturing is the driving force behind our success and growth.
