CDL-A Student Truck Driver Earnings Students earn up to $66,000 First Year $.49-$.50 per mile starting pay (depending on division) Weekly guarantee pay (after going solo) $600 PRE (Pre-employment evaluation) Pay (with travel, lodging, and lunch provided) Training Pay $600/week $800 Graduation Pay ($400 once you go solo & $400 after your first dispatch) Addt’l Performance Bonus Intro Rate $.01 per mile $.03 per mile pay increase at 3 months verifiable experience $.02 per mile pay increase at 6 months verifiable experience Pay increases up to 5 years Weekly Guarantee Pay Advantages & Bonuses Tuition reimbursement program Pay for Performance Bonus Program (up to $.06 per mile) Paid Vacation Modern, well-maintained equipment Passenger Authorization Program 401(k) Retirement Plan Match Health/Dental Insurance & Rx card Paid Life Insurance Policy Per Diem CDL Training Program Available GI Bill™ OJT approved Flatbed and Glass Division openings (dependent on hiring area) DRIVER REFERRAL BONUS
