Case New Holland Industrial: Material Handler Forklift Operator

Job Description Description: DIRECT HIRE for Case New Holland Payrate is $21.40 p/h and shift differential (2nd and 3rd) is $1.

ALL SHIFTS: 2nd Monday-Friday 3 pm 11pm OT as needed 3rd Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am OT as needed Sign on bonus (1st shift 2K breakdown 90 days 500 6 mos 500 and 1 yr 1K) (3rd shift 4K breakdown 90 days 1K 6 mos 1K 1yr 2K) We really need to be looking for candidates with some sort of manufacturing environment experience and forklift/reach truck experience.

Candidates with retail distribution experience (Lowe’s, Dutch Valley Farms, etc.) simply are overwhelmed in our environment and we really do not have the capability at this time to train up that level of skill CNH would like to target candidates with “stand up or reach truck” experience.

This position reports to a Logistics Supervisor and the core competencies include responsibilities centered around the Receiving, Handling and Delivery of Materials in the Warehouse and/or the Manufacturing Plant.

Work could include inbound and outbound freight.

Loading and unloading material.
