Job Description Description: DIRECT HIRE for Case New Holland Hours: 1st shift: 6:30am-3:00pm Monday Friday OT as needed including Saturdays OR 3rd shift: Sun Thurs.

10pm 6:30am OT as needed Pay: 1st: 20.40/hr 3rd: 20.40/hr (1.00 shift differential) Sign on bonus (1st shift 2K breakdown 90 days 500 6 mos 500 and 1 yr 1K) (3rd shift 4K breakdown 90 days 1K 6 mos 1K 1yr 2K) Duties may include all or a portion of, but no limited to, the following: Perform a variety of sub-assembly, component assemblies or complete company products.

Assemble at stations or production lines using various hand tools and air guns.

Comply with established procedures, maintain proper relationship of parts, run in and check units as directed.

Duties may also include packing, crating or bundling a wide range of company products.

Perform all required duties to prepare company products and parts for shipment by cutting lumber and constructing standardize crates, boxes, skids and other containers.

Pack items according to prescribed methods to ensure adequate protection from shipment damage.

Work from prints, specification sheets and verbal instructions.

Check products by using fixed gauges, scale, rule and other measuring instruments.

Responsible for inspection parts, teamwork, accuracy, inventory control duties as required, total quality, employee involvement, cost reductions, and training new operators.

Maintain necessary records.

Move materials as necessary in the performance of duties.

Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to proper supervision.

Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.

Perform other duties as required or directed.
