They are seeking a dedicated case clerk to aid their busy Tampa, FL office.

Job Duties Include:

• Electronic Filing with Courts

• Document retention and organization

• Case management and tracking

• Data entry

• Research and analysis

• Draft and distribute internal and external correspondence

• Support paralegals and attorneys within the practice group

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

• Some knowledge of legal terminology

• Ability to multi-task

• Prioritize work load to meet deadlines

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and other similar applications.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Dependable and reliable

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years plus experience required (Law firm experience preferred and highly recommended)
