Carpenter / Painter Supervisor

Overview: The Carpenter/Painter Supervisor will be overseeing the day to day operations of the Carpenter and Painters departments to ensure that all tasks in the related areas are completed effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities: Assures that all company and union policies are followed.Communicates with all divisions to complete all requested tasks.Maintain budgets for Carpenters and Painters.Assist with Construction project planning and execution.Ensures all inspections are completed and documented.Schedule all maintenance work and coordinate with all divisions on the implementation.Place and track all material orders.

Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License8-10 years construction backgroundMaintenance Trade BackgroundExperience working with contractorsWorks well independently and with others: possesses good work ethic and attendance record Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needsAbility to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial lawAbility to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
