Carpenter Helper

SCS is seeking Carpenter Helpers.

This is a great entry level career opportunity.

Training will be provided!

This position is full time with benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities
Clean work areas, machines, and equipment to maintain a clean and safe jobsite
Utilize a tablet or computer to access your work orders
Perform basic carpentry skills such as measuring, drilling holes, hanging cabinet doors
Cut lumber and/or paneling to specified dimensions
Glue and clamp edges or joints
Install custom millwork under supervision of site lead
Reading and interpreting plans
Maintain inventory of replacement parts and tools
Install add-ons such as handles, hinges, and door knobs
Deliver millwork to job sites
Follow the instructions of the shop manager
Skills
Ability to work independently
