This is a Contract position in Van Meter, IA posted October 28, 2020.
This position involves various aspects of bridge construction and includes but is not limited to supervising crews on IDOT and county work.
Job Requirements:
- Plan direct and coordinate activities for structures and bridges
- Communicate potential change orders to project manager
- Monitor and promote a safe work practice
- Build forms
- Pour, grade and finish concrete
- Erect and wreck forms
- Set and ties steel as required
- other duties as assigned
