Staffmark has Brake Assembler positions available in Georgetown, KY. Positions are temp-to-hire after 90 days.
Brake Assembler essential job duties include:
- Working with other team members to set up machine, and stack, pack, mark, inspect, and transport finished parts.
- Lifting up to 35 pounds or more repetitively through shift as assembling products.
- Observing machine operation to identify defective parts or areas for improvement.
- Working in various stations and/or departments as production needs require.
Hours:
- First Shift 6 a.m. -2:45 p.m. ($13/hr)
- Second Shift 5:15 p.m. – 2 a.m. ($13.50/hr)
To qualify as a Brake Assembler, you must:
- Have at least six months previous manufacturing experience
- Demonstrate ability to operate assembly machinery
- Demonstrate ability to identify quality issues on defective parts
- Meet production goals as required by rate or quota guidelines
