Bolco Construction: Remodeler Construction Apprentice Tradesman

We are a fast growing Residential and Commercial contracting group that is looking for qualified Remodeler Apprentice Tradesman with 1-2 years of construction experience.

Must have great attitude, motivation and a willingness to learn and work hard with attention to detail.

Ability to personally perform these task is a plus.PositionThe Remodeler Apprentice Tradesman member position will be responsible for various trades during renovation.

Preferable experience in general contracting, electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning services.

This individual must be ambitious and possess a competent/cooperative demeanor as a representative of the Company.

The role reports to the site Superintendent.ResponsibilitiesHave general renovation trade experience and skill in electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, water restoration, painting, flooring, demolition and others.Have good communication regarding performance of workIdeal Candidate
· 1-2 years of General Construction experience in both commercial and residential
· Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrate a reliable, responsive and on-time work ethic
· Possession of a current and valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is mandatory

We are looking for experienced remodelers tradesmen to join our team.

The project is at a multi-family property and experience with multi-family construction is desirable.Desirable Traits
· General knowledge of or exposure to construction
· Experience working in repair, remodel, modification, alteration, or construction of buildings and knowledge of safe construction practices including compliance with building, health and safety codes, and standards.
· Experience working from plans, diagrams, blueprints, sketches, specifications, and work orders.
· Ability to operate, use, and maintain a variety of equipment including saws, drills, grinders and various hand and power tools used in the trades.
· Maintain service records, inspection records, and other documentation as needed.
· Drive a vehicle to and from work sites, suppliers and contractors.
· Perform related duties as assigned.
· Maintain punctual and consistent attendance.
· Meet schedules and timelines.
· Ability to work safely and productively around residents.
· Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
· Work cooperatively and collaboratively with other team members, co-workers, architects, vendors and suppliers, and other professionals when needed; work independently withlimited direct supervision.
