Assistant Machine Operator – Nights

$5,000 Hiring Bonus!

We are now hiring Assistant Machine Operators on our Night shift.

Approximate shift start times are between 2:50 PM
– 9:50 PM with normal shift lengths of 10 -12 hours.

Schedules are posted two weeks in advance with a degree of flexibility required.

Positions require frequent weekend work.

Will not fluctuate from Nights to Days!

We are looking for applicants experienced in production work who are motivated to lead, partner, and work with a team to make our industry leading ice cream based products.

Primary responsibilities include:
Performing specific tasks as part of the efficient operations of an ice cream production line.

Ensuring team members consistently perform duties in accordance with documented processes and procedures.

Provides effective and respectful direction and coaching to other team members and fills in for line operator when necessary.

Promotes completing work duties in a manner that emphasizes safety and quality and minimizes waste.

Starting rate of $24.01 with pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months, with a top rate of $26.67.

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent (GED).

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Must be able top communicate effectively and follow detailed instructions.
