Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Assistant Construction Superintendent in Maine (Portland, Bangor, Waterville, Brunswick).

Assistant Construction Superintendent Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Assistant Construction Superintendent in Maine (Portland, Bangor, Waterville, Brunswick) is between $60,000-80,000 depending on experience and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Assistant Construction Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with Superintendent to provide overall on-site management to construction projects from start to finish and ensure timely communication with all interested parties Assist in coordinating subcontractor work at the job site Coordinate with Superintendent/Project Manager to ensure manpower needs are met Maintain positive and professional attitude with Skilled laborers, sub-contractors, inspectors, engineers, and estimators Initiate, track, and record RFI’s Read and Interpret drawings Inspect subcontractors work according to Plans and Specifications Monitor project schedule and progress to keep it on track, complete necessary daily reports
Assistant Commercial Construction Superintendent Qualifications
1-3+ years of Assistant Superintendent experience working on large-scale ($10-250 million+) commercial construction projects Must have a stable work history Must be willing to be on-site at projects throughout projects Strong computer skills and knowledge of Word and excel Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple trades and supervise a large group of people Must live in or around Portland, Bangor, Waterville, Brunswick.

Preferred but Not Necessary
Solar Commercial and battery storage experience a plus, or willing to learn!
