Recommends CIs. Maintains 5S. Intermediate understanding of RPS; Understands visual management, uses visuals to manage cells and to escalate issues.* Good understanding of kanban card usage.* Utilize HOS tools, skills and knowledge per HOS Development guidelines.* Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly.* Demonstrates an understanding and is qualified to effectively assemble equipment, components, devices or systems.* Receives general written or verbal instructions on routine assignments and detailed instructions on new assignments. Interfaces with team members in order to solve defined issues and complete tasks.* Under moderate supervision, follows established guidelines, processes and procedures to resolve well defined issues and/or tasks. Works on tasks that are semi-routine in nature where judgment is often required.
