We currently have open opportunities for 1st & 2nd Shift Assemblers in our Seagoville, TX facility. The starting pay for this position is $17.25 / hour.

Our Assemblers are at the core of our business and contribute largely to our company’s success. In this position, you will be responsible for the assembly of axles on our production lines. You and our all-star associates will produce made-to-order axles for our customers. We’re looking for Assemblers who are safety conscious, dependable, detail-oriented, and can work well with others in a team environment.

Assemblers are responsible for the following:

• Responsible for operating the shot/stress peen machine.
• Responsible for the assembly of TRA and gold cart springs.
• Responsible for installing bushings and rivets.
• Must perform basis preventative maintenance (e.g., greasing, adding oil).
• Responsible for the setting up and operating the clip machine.
• Must perform spring inspections as needed.
• Must wear required PPEs such as steel toe shoes, gloves, earplugs and safety glasses.
• Responsible for basic housekeeping.
• Must perform other duties as required.

What We Need from You (Our Requirements)

• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Frequently bend, reach and lift up-to 50 lbs. to perform essential duties.
• 2 years of working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
• Able to read and understand schematics is preferred.
• Able to utilize a caliper, micrometer and tape measure is preferred.
• Flexible to work overtime as required
• Possess a good work ethic and be adaptable
• Capable of working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Work in a fast-paced production environment
• Be dependable and detail oriented, be a team player, who is flexible and easily adapts to change
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
