WHAT YOU WILL DO:Ability to work independently.Uses safety guidelines and proper PPE to protect self and reminds others of importance.Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide.Good interpersonal and communication skills with team members. Ability to use appropriate procedure and knowledge of where to find.Ability to read route card to determine what hardware and how many are used.Ability to use plexus gun.Ability to grind hardware location and hardware if needed without grinding powder coat.Ability to install hardware with proper fixtures.Ability to properly seat part before install.WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:Appropriate procedure to use and where to find.Efficiency expectation.Product knowledge: what to use, why it is used & how to use it. How to read and apply vendor information if necessary.How to use page system/radio for assistance.Quality Policy.Quality standard per customer specifications & how to identify defects.Root cause of quality issues that arise & proper procedure to correct problem.
