Job Description:Position Summary:Responsible for production/assembly of parts.Shift hours:1st 7am – 3:30pm2nd 3pm – 11:30pm3rd 11:00pm to 7:30amPrimary Responsibilities:* Promotes an atmosphere conscience of health, safety and environmental practices, in support of the Leonard HSE/EMS policies on a daily basis.* Performs daily job duties to the objectives outlined in the Quality Policy.* Understands and performs daily job duties in a manner which supports the Plant goals and Quality objectives.* Responsible for following CSA-Leonard Plant policies, procedures, and work instructions.* Produces the highest quality product for the end customer.* Assists in monitoring, communicating and improving O.E.E. on processes that are being run.* Verifies lot numbers, lot traceability sheet and assures that components correspond.* Responsible for filling out lot traceability sheets, in-process papers and the operator logbook.* Verifies bar code and visual aid.* Verifies quality parts are being produced by performing hourly visual aid checks (5 pcs. minimum).* Responsible for keeping work area clean; ensuring that dropped product is scrapped properly.* Performs other duties as assigned.Work Environment/Work Conditions:* Production Floor environment.* Occasional exposure to fumes/dust.Position Type:RegularAdditional Locations:Additional Information:We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse workforce.
