Volt is immediately hiring Assemblers to join our team at 3M in Hutchinson, MN. Learn new skills and achieve more with Volt in a clean, safe warehouse production environment.
What you’ll do:

• Assemble and package manufactured products in a warehouse environment
• Perform all quality checks on inventory/parts prior to assembly
• Receive, process, locate parts and product in warehouse and prepare for assembly
• Meet and exceed production standards; hitting goals and working safely at every point in the manufacturing process

Who you are:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to stand/work in a production environment for entire shift (8-12 hours)
• Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

We’re hiring for these shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday – Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday – Friday
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Sunday – Thursday

Experience with the following is a plus:

• Assembly
• Production
• Manufacturing
• Warehouse
