***NOW WITH $2500 SIGN ON BONUS*** Our client, located in Coudersport, PA, is looking to add Assemblers to their team!
These are Full Time, Contract-to-Hire opportunities.
Job Duties: Assembly in the wire/harness area Test/grease, sonic welding, vibration welding, hand pinning, stud terminating, wire cutting and stripping, harness prep lines, tap machine, molding plugs to wires and harnesses, splicing.
Inspect product for quality Requirements: High School Diploma/GED Preferred Ability to work weekends as required Other Requirements: Push/pull containers or assemblies which may weigh up to several hundred pounds (either on dollies or on edge-not dead weight) Ability to lift and carry up to 49 pounds Ability to stand for entire shift Previous experience utilizing small hand tools Perform high and low repetition jobs Perform fine manipulations Firm grasping and firm cutting (up to 25 pounds of pressure periodically) Manually push, pull, and bend wire and cable Work through range of motions including bend and twist from waist and above shoulder height Ability to work overtime as needed Work in other areas as directed by management 10 hour shift: 1st: 4 am to 2:30 pm, Monday
– Thursday 2nd: 2:30 pm to 1:00 am, Monday -Thursday 8 hour shift: 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday
– Friday Pay: $15.00 per hour PLUS $2500 Sign On Bonus ($250 at 3 months, $2,250 at 6 months) Great Benefits upon client hire including Medical, Dental, HSA, Vision, 401k and more!
