**Description:**This manufactures fuel cells which generate electricity and heat through an electrochemical process, no combustion or moving parts. These fuel cells are made into stacks that create a powerplant. This operation is very efficient, produces very low emissions and is very reliable. These fuel cells can provide cooling, heat and power in different applications.This is a clean and reliable energy source that can be used in commercial buildings, industrial plants, data centers, hospitals and universities. This power source is even reliable during blackouts because of how it generates energy. This industry is continuing to improve the fuel cells to be able to utilize this in residential homes and all other applications that could benefit from this energy source.CURRENT NEEDS:Powerplant BuildingAssemblers-(2) 12 hour rotating night shift- 6:00pm-6:30amRefurb-(1) 1st shift- 6:00am-2:30pmAlso looking to ass 4 per shift in 2022, plus 3 more on 3rd for a total of 14 more.JOB DUTIES:-Assembly of fuel cell parts, molded components, and subassemblies.-The powerplant side is responsible for meeting the schedule and production deadline o assembling the powerplant stacks.-Daily use of mechanical equipment and hand and power tools.-Daily basis will be fabrication and assembly and build of CSAs (Cell Stack Assembly) and full power plants.-Small amount of test and and quality of pieces that are fabricated and assembled.-Quality checks to ensure assemblies conforms to established work specs.-Maintain tools and equipment and work station.MUST HAVES:-Mechanical aptitude-Some manufacturing or industrial experience-Hand and power tool experienceSCHEDULE:-12 hour rotating night shift- 6:00pm-6:30am, Sun-Thur. 3 days one week, 4 the next week, 8 hours built in OT every other week and every other weekend off (Fri-Sun).-12 hour rotating day shift- 6:00am-6:30pm. 3 days one week, 4 the next week, 8 hours built in OT every other week and every other weekend off (Fri-Sun).-1st shift- 6:00am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri**Skills:**mechanical, assembly, general production**Top Skills Details:**mechanical,assembly,general production**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**Mechanical ability, someone that is accustomed to turning a wrench, automotive experience is a plus, but general manufacturing or mechanical ability.**Experience Level:**Entry Level**About Aerotek:**We know that a company’s success starts with its employees.
