Manufacturing Associates do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with pay rates starting at $15.00/hr, plus available overtime. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will work on an assembly line and follow instructions to assemble automotive seating to client specifications.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• These Manufacturing Associate jobs are entry level positions

• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions

• Ability to stand for entire shift and walk around the warehouse

• Cannot have worked at Lear previously
